Merida Studio designs natural fibre rugs and employs highly skilled craftsmen in Fall River, MA, who collaborate with Sylvie Johnson, an incredible artist and weaver from Paris. IntraWeave is a short film I was tasked with making, to celebrate and document this relationship, the processes involved, and the final outputs.

I spent a few months documenting the process that the team at Merida went through to create their new Fall Collection, Atelier. I also spent time interviewing many of the artists and weavers involved in the project, and used portions of those interviews as audio overlays throughout the work.
