Epocrates, the first-ever mobile medical reference app, had become a staple in healthcare, used by millions of clinicians. But after two decades, its brand and interface felt dated. The challenge was to modernize without losing trust  and reintroduce Epocrates as a forward-thinking leader that empowers healthcare professionals in real time.

We built a revitalized brand identity that merged intelligence with approachability. Clean design, modern typography, and dynamic graphic patterns transformed Epocrates into a system that felt technologically forward yet deeply human.










The new look extended across digital products, sales and marketing materials, CRM, and integrated advertising under a simple idea: “Because questions need answers.” Campaign work celebrated the app’s diagnostic power while reinforcing trust. The result was an identity that captured both innovation and immediacy while redefining a brand built for those who live it.
